Spring has officially arrived, and on April 17^th, UNFRAMED, the district-wide art show, begins! Join the SVVSD in celebrating the artistic talents of the St. Vrain Valley students. The annual art show showcases various works of art representing a wide variety of forms and media used by student artists. Visitors can expect to view paintings, drawings, sculptures, photography, design, new media, and much more. The Artist’s Night Out open house event is Thursday, April 19^th from 5:00-6:30pm, but you can come during any viewing times to see the show!

5^th grade artists are finishing up their abstract designs on their drum project.

4^th grade artists are currently working on their outer space fantasy art.

3^rd grade artists are finishing up their own functional ceramic tea cups/bowls.

2^nd grade artists are continuing to study how artists use symbols to communicate ideas in a work of art.

1^st grade artists are studying color mixing and symmetry while creating insect collage art.

Kindergarten artists are beginning work on their spring chicks mixed media collages.
