Fall River Elementary Newsletter

Hello Fall River Fox Families,

I owe all of you a huge thank you. What an incredible year! We had our third year in a row with our highest Reading proficiency ever, and we beat our previous record for academic growth by 8 points! And we just received word from the Colorado Department of Education that Fall River will be receiving the state’s John Erwin School of Excellence Award yet again.

We can’t achieve these stellar results year after year without a team effort between all of us grown ups. Thank you for your support and your collaboration. Together we have created a top notch educational experience and great childhood memories for our kids.

On another note, I am proud to announce that Fall River will be getting a brand new parking lot this summer. In fact, all of the asphalt on our campus will be getting a much needed overhaul. Work will begin this Saturday, and is scheduled to conclude by the end of the day June 31. If you need to visit the office next week, please be prepared to park on Deerwood or at Stephen Day Park. I have been assured that there will be pathways marked for visitors to have access to the office.

I hope you have a wonderful summer with your families. Get out there and create some memories. These are the very best days of your lives.

Onward and upward!
