Student Council has been busy working on many things for our Fall River community.  Recently, the Student Council helped launch a successful campaign to SAVE the Cafeteria Silverware (The school silverware has been accidentally tossed out by students).  Students raised awareness by creating a movie and posters to help KEEP our silverware.  We’ve also been busy preparing for the canned food drive.  Student Council sponsors a classroom contest to help collect canned and dried food for the Boulder County Food Bank.  We will be running the contest for the MOST items brought in by a single class from November 28-December 17.  You can help your child’s classroom by sending in dried or canned food (no bottled water, please).  We will be counting the items of food and awarding the classroom winner the beloved trophy at our assembly on December 20th.
