100 Mile Club October News

100 Mile Club runs everyday except Wednesdays from 8:10 - 8:40. Come join 50 of your friends in getting your body and brain ready for school. You will receive a special t-shirt and are able to mark off when you have completed a total of 25, 50, 75 then 100 miles.

Parents studies suggest that regular physical activity supports healthy child development by improving memory, concentration and positive outlook. For example, researchers found that children who had an opportunity to run 15-45 minutes before class were less distracted and more attentive to schoolwork. These positive effects lasted two to four hours after their workouts.
